– Prices are subject to change without notice.
– Bookings are confirmed after a deposit of 25% of the total price.
– The total price must be paid in full 40 days before arrival
– Only two people can be accommodated per apartment.
– For insurance reasons, only children aged 16 and over can be accommodated.
– Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
– A sufficient number of secure parking spaces are available.
– Check-in from 2 pm or by arrangement
– Check-out by 11 am or by arrangement
– If the booking is canceled before the arrival date, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
In case of no-show: total price of the booking
30 days before arrival: Total price of the booking
31 – 60 days before arrival: 25 %
