We believe true hospitality extends beyond our doors and into the community around us. That is why we are proud to partner with Samaritan’s Feet (a South African NPO that forms part of an international humanitarian organisation) in helping raise funds for the incredible work they do.

Samaritan’s Feet serves underprivileged children who do not have shoes. Their approach is one of not merely giving shoes, but of giving hope. Through compassion, connection and care, they restore dignity, inspire hope, and remind every child that their life matters.

When donating shoes to children, they focus on connection. Because positive connection, both physical and emotional, makes an enormous impact on their lives. They spend time with the children, washing and caring for their feet. They connect with their hearts, encouraging their hopes and dreams, and reminding them that their lives matter.

Theirs is a happy and hope-filled effort – aiming to protect and serve both the feet and hearts of the children. Ultimately, they are about changing lives; those of the children, their volunteers and partners.
